Warranty is listed per item.  In general,  there is a one month warranty on the items marked as brand new.  See warranty description for items not marked as "brand new." 2. How do I pay for the item? We currently accept all Paypal payments.  This includes Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and e-check payments made through Paypal (www.paypal.com).  You do NOT have to have a Paypal account in order to pay through Paypal. 3. What credit cards does Paypal accept? PayPal accepts Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 4. Where are you located? We are located in Yonkers, NY, on the outskirts of New York City. 5. Do I need to pay sales tax on the item? Only New York State residents must pay sales tax at a rate of 8.5% on the price of the item. 6. Do you ship outside of the United States? Yes, most of our products are available for international shipping.  This will be indicated in the item description. 7. Are any of your items refurbished? All items marked as brand new are not refurbished.  Refurbished items will be listed under that status. 8. Do I get a refund if I change my mind about the item once it arrives? There will be a 20% restocking fee if you decide to send back the item to us, provided there are no internal defects or damages to the items.
